Other Websites
Adventure Nerds contains links to other websites and embedded links to other content on the Internet, such as tweets and YouTube videos. Adventure Nerds LLC is not responsible for the contents of those third-party websites or responsible for the privacy policies or practices of any third party.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Sale of Personal Information
Adventure Nerds LLC has never sold personal information. In addition, Adventure Nerds LLC has no intention of ever selling personal information.
Forum Posts
Be advised that Adventure Nerds does not monitor Adventure Nerds Forum posts for disclosure of any personal information you may post in any user-generated content. The forum software (Discourse) includes tools allowing you to edit or delete your posts. If you need assistance, you may contact Adventure Nerds with the contact information below.
Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register with Adventure Nerds. If you are under 18, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 18 is allowed to provide any personal information to or on Adventure Nerds. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us.
Security
We take appropriate steps to protect User Data from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction, whether in transmission or storage. Please keep in mind, however, that there is no such thing as perfect security, and no Internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. Moreover, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any username and password you use.
Your California Privacy Rights
Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal customer information Adventure Nerds shares with third parties. That notice will identify the categories of information shared and will include a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, along with their names and addresses. If you are a California resident and would like a copy of this notice, please email us. In your request, please include the word “terms” in the subject line and specify that you want a “Your California Privacy Rights Notice.” Please allow 30 days for a response.
Where Adventure Nerds discloses your personal information to its agents or sub-contractors for these purposes, the agent or sub-contractor in question will be obligated to use that personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement. Except for the third-party vendors that collect your data separately when you sign up and pay, Adventure Nerds does not share any of its user data with any third parties.

To keep User Data provided by you accurate, current and complete, please contact us as specified in the “Contact Us” section. We can then take appropriate steps to update or correct such information in our possession or to delete your information from our contact list.
